Aquatic Personal Training
Train with Personal Trainer and Swim Coach, Perry Maxwell. Aquatic Personal Training will provide you with new training ideas and individualized workouts to further your knowledge and technique. This type of training is for all levels of swimmers whether they are swimming for tness, training for competition, or recovering post-rehab. Training utilizes regular hour-long training sessions designed to help you meet your tness and performance goals.

This course is guaranteed to take your workout to the next level - and you don’t even have to know how to swim! Hydro Fit is a combination of land exercises, as well as high intensity water movements, that challenge participants with a challenging workout, all while reducing the damage of impact on your joints.

Red Cross Lifeguarding
Train to be a lifeguard, learn lifesaving skills, help people stay safe in, on and around the water. Course covers rescues, spinal management, CPR & AED, First Aid, and characteristics of a professional lifeguard. Participant must be 15 years of age by the last class and pass pre test. Class is limited to 10 participants, with a minimum of 4 participants. All classes must be attended, make-ups are not allowed.
- 15 years of age by last scheduled class
- Parental consent for participant under age 18
- 300 yard swim; Tread water for 2 minutes using legs only
- Surface dive head first and feet first in 8-9 feet of water
- Swim under water for 15 feet
- 10lb. Weight Retrieval

Red Cross First Aid, CPR & AED
Become Red Cross CPR & First Aid certified. This comprehensive, single-day, course offers up-to-date information on adult and pediatric CPR, AED, and First Aid. Participant must be 15 years of age. Class is limited to 10 participants, with a minimum of 4 registered. This is a blended class which will require an online portion to be completed before the class date. Participants must register at least one week prior to class date.
